This piece is about closing old doors to make space for new beginnings. I created this during a time of transition, where letting go of something familiar unexpectedly opened betters doors for me. The light in this piece (and the little glimmer of the mettalic gold leafing) represents that quiet clarity that sometimes only comes after we’ve made peace with an ending. It’s a reminder that every chapter we close is also a doorway and whats waiting on the other side might be more aligned that we ever imagined.
